Hypertension is the condition when your body has high blood pressure. This is serious situation which need quick response. Seeing a doctor is the wisest solution rather than going to drugstore and choose your own medicine. A doctor will analyze your condition to choose the right medication for you. Medication will help your condition by lowering the blood pressure. However, you are not supposed to stop your recovery effort here. There is long term effort you have to do to lower and maintain your blood pressure. Dash diet is set to solve your hypertension. The point is you have to minimize or avoid eating foods that contribute to high blood pressure.

So, this diet does not ask you to reduce the food amount you take. It asks you to replace the common food you take with various healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, and nuts. If you usually fry the food, now you can boil them. at the beginning, perhaps you will feel uncomfortable with the boiled food. But if you have realized the health function for your body, it will not be a big problem. Then, if you have no other choice except frying the food, use virgin olive oil only. Low-fat dairy products, lean meats like poultry and fish, and whole grain should be included on your daily diet. Another key of the dash diet success is avoiding the foods that contribute to high blood pressure. Your foods have to contain less sodium. In addition, make sure you drink no alcohol and set regular exercises schedule.
