You are supposed to be careful on hidden salt that can be found in butter flavorings, seasonings, tomato sauces, condiments and canned foods. While you are cooking it is better for you to boil rather than frying. Of course, you are forbidden to consume alcoholic beverage and follow the dash instruction well.
